Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monthly rental and utility payments to and the limitation of interest paid on these accounts.
  • Controlling & informing deviations/problems to the Leasing team.
  • To ensure that all invoices meet preset VAT requirements with specific reference to correct name and VAT No of an owner.
  • Required to work strictly within prescribed rules, routines, and standards.
  • Processing and payment of invoices Reconciliation of lease agreements to lease payments and statements from landlord Policies and procedures relevant to role Municipal Accounts

Minimum requirements 

Minimum of Grade 12 with Accountancy subject or equivalent qualification or 2 years’ experience in an accounts payable position / training e.g. Associate Accounting Technician as well as 2 years relevant experience.
