RCL FOOD is offering Management Trainee Programmes/ Internships to talented graduates or final year students. The programme equips the candidate with the necessary skills to develop in the industry as well as opportunities to keep them self-motivated and help them achieve their career goals.
Purpose
Interns will be exposed to an environment that is fast-paced, accelerates their learning, develops their skill, and exposes them to the teachings and guidance of experienced mentors. The programme consists of both a practical induction and a building exposure component.

Minimum Requirements
- Must be a South African Citizen or have permanent residence in South Africa
- Research & Development: must have completed studies or currently in the final year of study towards a BTech/BSc or BSc(Hons) in Food Science, Microbiology, or Biotechnology. Completion of post-graduate studies is advantageous
- Electrical Engineering: must have completed studies or currently in the final year of study towards a B.Engineering/ B.Sc. Engineering/ BTech Engineering (Electrical)
- Marketing: must have completed studies or currently in the final year of study towards a B.Com (Sales & Marketing)/ BA (Sales & Marketing)/ B Social Science (Sales & Marketing)
- Internal Audit: must have completed studies or currently in the final year of study towards a BTech: Internal Auditing/ BCom: Accounting/ BCom: Internal Auditing/ BCom: Finance/ BCom Honours: Internal Auditing/ Business Science: Finance with Accounting/ BCom: Accounting Honours/ MCom: Accounting Sciences/Mcom: Audit
- Customer: must have completed studies or currently in the final year of study towards a B.Com or B.Social Science or B.Business Science degree with majors in Marketing/Supply Chain/Logistics/Economics/Management
- Chemical Engineering: must have completed studies or currently in the final year of study towards a B.Engineering/ B.Sc. Engineering/ BTech Engineering (Chemical)
- Human Resources: must have completed studies or currently in the final year of study towards a BTech Human Resources Management /BCom Human Resources Management/ BCom Industrial Psychology/ B.Social Science Honours in Industrial, Organisational and Labour Studies (Human Resource Management)/ Bachelor of Arts Honours in Industrial Psychology/ Bachelor of Business Science in Human Resources Management
- Industrial Engineering: must have completed studies or currently in the final year of study towards a B.Engineering / B.Sc. Engineering / BTech Engineering (Industrial)
- Mechanical Engineering: must have completed studies or currently in the final year of study towards a B.Engineering/ B.Sc. Engineering/ BTech Engineering (Mechanical)
- Must have achieved good academic results in your majors in 2nd and 3rd year
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be output driven
