SuperLead Advisory invites all suitable unemployed youth to apply for their YES Learnership opportunities.

Job Description

Over the course of each project, you will collaborate with client team members in the following areas but not limited to:

  • Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis that underpins recommendations, using data mining, financial modeling, valuation analysis, market research, and business intelligence gathering techniques.
  • Working with client team members to define problems concisely and generate solutions that meet their needs and add value to their business.
  • Consolidating findings from analysis and presenting comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Develop and present a detailed plan to implement recommended changes, working with clients to address any concerns and ensure seamless execution.
  • Contributing to the creation of compelling and visually engaging client presentations, proposals, and reports.

In addition, you will be expected to:

  • Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards in all activities, acting with integrity and commitment to excellence.
  • Attend training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s processes and systems, leveraging insights and ideas to drive positive change.

You will receive training and coaching on how to better:

  • Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them.
  • Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution and move people and organizations to act.
  • Establish trust-based relationships with clients to better serve their organizations.
  • Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner.
  • Develop your leadership style, leveraging your own passions, strengths, and personal values

Minimum Requirements:

  • Unemployed youth aged between 18 and 29 who meet the definition of “Black People” as defined in the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 as amended by Act 46 of 2013.
  • South African citizen with no criminal record.
  • No previous participation in a YES program.
  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
  • Basic skills of research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail.
  • Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills – an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in English.

Please note the following:

  • Placements will take place in Gauteng (Johannesburg).
  • Youth will be employed on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
