The University of Johannesburg invites all suitable unemployed graduates to apply for their internship opportunities
Purpose
The Purpose of the Internship programme is to offer UJ graduates (degree/diploma) who have no previous working experience the opportunity to obtain practical work experience and exposure.
Benefits of the internship
The Programme will offer opportunities for unemployed graduates to gain beneficial university-based experience in a range of areas that can improve their readiness for employment and open career pathways that may not have been available without work experience. It is also an opportunity to potentially identify future talent for potential employment.
Stipend: R 5 000 per month
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduates must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
- Not studying full time (preferably attending after-hours classes).
- Must be a South African citizen or permanent resident.
- Have not participated in any Learnership/Internship programme before.
- Be willing to commit to the Internship for a period of 6 months.
