Woodlands Dairy is offering a Human Resources Internship opportunity to graduates who are passionate about HR and would like to gain experience in the field. The intern will be report to the Human Resources Officer, in terms of daily activities and or tasks as well as to monitor the productivity and quality of your work.
Duties and Responsibilities
The intern will assist with Human Resources related duties, which may include but are not limited to:
- recruitment
- welfare
- staff functions
- industrial relations
- learning and development
- HR related queries from staff
- ordering stationery supplies for the HR Office
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must have completed a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Must preferably be an unemployed graduate with no previous working experience
- Must be organized
- Must be process driven
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Must adhere to set deadlines
- Must have excellent command of the English language
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and grammatical)
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be driven
