Job Requirements: A Matric / Grade 12 certificate. Planning and organising skills. Computer literacy skills in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Communication (written and verbal) skills. Report writing skills. Monitoring and possess good interpersonal relations.

Responsibility: Render general clerical support services for Communications Unit. Provide personnel administration clerical support services for Communications Unit. Rendering generic support to Communication functions. Liaise with personnel to ensure efficient operations within the Communications Unit. Minutes taking
and records management or filing. Attend to duties as assigned.
